Report a Claim After Hours

To report a claim after hours, you may call or email your agent and leave a message (please see our staff directory), or call the following insurance carriers directly:
- CNA – 877-262-2727 (can report online)
- Acuity – 800-242-7666 (for emergencies, but report claim online)
- Cincinnati – 877-242-2544 (for emergencies, otherwise report to agent to fax)
- Montgomery Insurance 800.561.0178 (can also report online)
- State Auto – 800-766-1853
For carriers not listed above, claims should be reported by calling our office the next business day.
Where property damage is concerned, you are authorized and required to prevent further damage from occurring. These expenses will be covered under your policy, subject to your deductible.
Secure the area where the damage has occurred and enlist a contractor or repair person to make temporary repairs (such as boarding up windows) to protect your property. You may call a contractor of your choice, or any of the contractors listed below for temporary repairs or for smoke or water damage clean up services:
